SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES

Driving efficiency through automation is a strategic initiative, and the RPA Developer is responsible for executing on that front. As part of an ongoing digital transformation, RPA plays a critical role in driving scalability within our core banking platform and third-party providers.
Solution design, workflow orchestration, and adherence to Agile / SCRUM methodologies are all essential in the execution of the RPA Developer’s duties. The RPA Developer will be expected to maintain effective communication with lines of business and third-party partners, while developing meaningful solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

Strong understanding and implementation of best practice RPA design patterns
Mentor junior staff and work closely with systems support staff.
Design, develop, and configure complex Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software systems to meet business process and application requirements
Facilitating process evaluation and solution design
Design reusable custom activities to reduce repetitive efforts and streamline workflows
Facilitate testing and implementation that is compliant with internal change management
Maintain separation between testing, UAT, and production environments
Translate business requirements into effective workflows
Ability to design solutions with flexibility around changing business needs and requirements
Effective time management and forecasting for planning and meeting deadlines
Familiarity with Agile / SCRUM methodologies
