As an RPA Process Automation Developer at PPHE Hotel Group, you are constantly looking for possibilities to take business processes to the next level. Efficiency, automation and robotization are your main focus. With your substantive knowledge and analytical skills, you like to dive into complex processes and issues to create solutions that meet the needs of our organisation.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Completed relevant degree or equivalent
  • Experience with process optimization and analysis.
  • Proficiency in RPA tools and technologies (e.g. Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate)
  • Ability to assess complex processes, identify automation opportunities, and analyse data
  • Capacity to troubleshoot issues during the implementation and operation of RPA solutions
  • Aptitude for working closely with cross-functional teams, communicating effectively, and understanding diverse business needs to develop tailored automation solutions.
  • Thoroughness in ensuring accuracy and reliability in automated processes, coupled with a focus on maintaining data integrity and complying with security protocols.
  • Flexibility and constant curiosity with regards to adapting to evolving technologies and business requirements, to remain at the forefront of RPA advancements.
Responsibilities
  • Assessing and identifying processes suitable for automation within the organization, working closely with different hotels and corporate departments to understand their specific requirements and pain points.
  • Designing, developing, implementing and documenting RPA solutions using specialized tools, configuring software robots to perform tasks such as data entry, data processing, report generation, and other repetitive activities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with IT teams to integrate RPA solutions seamlessly into the existing technology infrastructure and ensuring compatibility with various systems and applications.
  • Conducting thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of automated processes, while also troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of deployed RPA solutions and collecting data to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of automated processes, and suggesting improvements when necessary.
  • Sharing best practices with regards to efficiency and productivity, showing a high level of competency by means of being able to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties.
