Robert Half is partnering with a leading financial services firm to hire a Spanish-speaking RPA Developer on an initial 2-month contract.

SKILLS:

• Proven experience with UiPath development and deployment.
• Fluency in Spanish (must be able to lead client meetings and deliver training sessions comfortably).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles is a strong advantage.

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions tailored to their business needs.
• Lead client-facing discussions and training sessions in Spanish.
• Troubleshoot and optimise existing UiPath processes to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Document automation processes and provide technical guidance to users and internal teams.
