Description
We are looking for a RPA Developer to join the Managed Services team in Mexico. This role will be responsible for the analysis of efficiency opportunities and providing automation within Security Operations. The candidate should be able to review operational processes and determine areas where automation can assist and to develop proof of concepts. Any work performed should be backed by metrics and efficiency gains should be tracked. The incumbent will be working with stakeholders involved with detection of phishing, brand abuse, cyber threats, etc. Interested candidates must understand automation capabilities such as leveraging API’s and device emulation. Python is the primary language used but other internal Fortra specific tools will be used based on needs. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Develop scripts and applications in Python/Automate RPA • Analyze data and processes to identify automation opportunities • Develop quick proof of concepts to vet ideas • Produce metrics showing automation impact • Monitor applications and troubleshoot errors QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or 2-3 years of software development experience. • 2-3 years of scripting experience in Python • 1-2 years of data analysis experience leveraging SQL • 1-2 years of experience in the Cybersecurity industry
Responsibilities
The RPA Developer will analyze operational processes to identify automation opportunities and develop scripts and applications in Python. They will also produce metrics to show the impact of automation and monitor applications for errors.
