RPA ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

Duties: Plan and manage RPA design, development and implementation projects/engagements; conduct requirement analysis, resource and budget estimations and develop and drive project/engagement strategy and plans with milestones and timelines, ensuring that the scope as well as approach is fully understood by all stakeholders involved; participate in elaboration and planning meetings to provide best estimate and scope of the effort involved; provide guidance and subject matter expertise; manage proof of concepts with clients in close coordination with analysis and product/technical teams; foster relationship with customers as their primary point of contact; and drive client retention, renewals, upsell, cross-sell and overall client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, Information Technology or Robotics. Two (2) year of experience as Robotics Engineer, RPA Lead, Automation Developer or related position.

Worksite: Accelirate’s Sunrise, FL (440 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway, Sunrise, FL 33325) office. Exact worksite location not known at this time but will report to and will be paid out of HQ office in Sunrise, FL.
