Description

• Identify and validate the key business requirements to define the project needs and the primary objectives. • Perform feasible analysis, projects scope, work with the project team to prioritise deliverables. • Manage external stakeholder expectations, scope, and communication, working closely with Business users and support functions to understand use case requirements. • Create detailed process documentation and works closely with the development team. • Ensure sign-off on solution design document and UAT. • Manage the support of live automations and implementation of change requirements as part of a structured change control process. • Lead and apply process re-engineering for the client’s business process whenever possible or required applying Lean Six Sigma Methodologies. • Education: Computer Science degree or any relevant degree • Years of experience: 4+ in similar role, Business automation background is plus. • Specific Technical & Practical Knowledge: - RPA Business Analysis certificate is a must. - RPA Fundamental development is a must. • Business, Market & Industry Knowledge: - RPA or Software Experience is a must. - Digital transformation experience is must. - Experience in software testing is preferred. - Experience of workflow-based logic diagram is preferred

Responsibilities

The RPA Senior Business Analyst will identify and validate key business requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and create detailed process documentation. They will also lead process re-engineering efforts and ensure sign-off on solution design documents.
