Drive digital transformation at Allianz Partner! As regional Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Solution Engineer, you’ll lead the design, implementation, and management of automation solutions, identifying processes to optimize, testing and rolling out automations, and ensuring ongoing performance. You’ll contribute to the evolution of cognitive automation frameworks, influence global standards, and collaborate in a high-impact, innovation-focused environment reporting to the Head of Robotics. Work closely with regional Business Units and a global, cross-functional team to integrate cloud and automation solutions and enhance operational readiness. Location: United States Way of Working: This is a U.S. remote-based position in select states where we are authorized to hire. What you will do Identify and evaluate processes suitable for automation, assessing ROI and potential risks and opportunities for cognitive automation. Lead RPA solution design, programming, and testing using leading automation platforms. Collaborate with business units to clarify requirements, document processes, and support UAT. Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain automated processes, ensuring ongoing reliability. Report on performance, pipeline status, risks, and resource utilization using data analytics insights. Contribute to the development of a global RPA framework and reusable automation libraries. Share expertise across regional and global teams to standardize and improve automation practices. Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, quality, and value delivery. What you will bring Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (Master’s a plus). 5+ years’ experience in RPA development, implementation, and lifecycle management; coding (e.g., Java, SQL) a plus. Proven expertise with automation platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere preferred). Familiarity with cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP), AIOps/monitoring, and governance in regulated environments. Strong project management, process mapping, and IT design skills with attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Collaborative, adaptable team player with cultural sensitivity and strong execution skills. Familiarity with emerging technologies and interest in responsible AI practices a plus You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc).
