Description

Strong hands-on experience with Work Fusion and Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) added advantage. Proficient in Java programming with a solid understanding of SOAP and REST APIs Familiarity with SQL and database operations Exposure to WorkFusion (optional but beneficial) Power Platform -Power Apps, Power BI (optional but beneficial) Knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure and AWS Experience with Co-Pilot integration and usage Understanding of banking domain processes and systems - Work experience in Corporate Banking would be added advantage Behavioral & Analytical Skills Strong process analysis and optimization capabilities Ability to identify automation opportunities through basic business analysis Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging automation workflows Clear understanding of business logic and operational workflows Excellent communication and collaboration skills Mindset focused on "build once, reuse often" for scalable automation Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate and other RPA tools Translate business requirements into efficient and reusable automation solutions Analyze and optimize existing processes for automation opportunities Integrate automation with systems like SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Outlook, and other enterprise platforms Ensure smooth deployment, testing, and documentation of bots Provide production support for existing bots, including monitoring and issue resolution Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new automation use cases and ensure alignment with business goals Leverage Co-Pilot to enhance automation capabilities and user experience About Job: Advantage Zensar We are a technology consulting and services company with 11, 800+ associates in 33 global locations.
