We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including hospitals, assisted living facilities, and pediatric units. The RPN will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients, particularly those with acute care needs and dementia.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in patient care within acute care settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.
• Experience in dementia care is a plus, particularly for roles involving elderly patients.
• Knowledge of pediatrics is beneficial for positions focused on child healthcare.
• A valid nursing license and relevant certifications are required.

• Deliver direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient information accurately using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients.
• Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.
