Manage stakeholder engagement to identify sourcing requirements, facilitate information gathering, coordinate sourcing activities, conduct market analysis, and monitor supplier performance metrics. Work with internal clients to assess sourcing needs, collect relevant data, execute sourcing strategies, gather market intelligence, and evaluate supplier performance data. Input required procurement data into the designated system (e.g., Workday) in accordance with established procedures. Desired Skills: Thorough understanding of procurement methodologies, public sector procurement processes will be an advantage. Strong grasp of project management principles, including defining project goals, managing risks and scope, clarifying participant roles, planning, and overseeing cost and quality management. Proactive and assertive self-starter with the ability to take initiative as needed. Proficient in using procurement and project management systems such as Workday, FlexTrack, and the Ontario Tendering Portal (eSourcing). Proven experience providing administrative and coordination support in a professional environment, working with multiple project managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones in compliance with organizational standards and policies. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, develop and manage project schedules and deliverables, and prepare status reports. Experienced in supporting project managers with project updates, escalation of issues, risk identification, and management of project documentation deliverables. Skilled in processing documents for signature through DocuSign, monitoring and maintaining project document repositories, and ensuring all project documentation is reviewed and up to date. Ability to monitor, track, and coordinate project requirements, providing accurate reporting and input to ensure objectives and deadlines are met. Adept at managing client relationships, setting and meeting expectations, delivering timely updates, and identifying and resolving potential conflicts between project and functional teams. ​ Responsibilities: The Project Control Officer collaborates with the Supply Chain (Procurement) and project teams to address Digital procurement requirements, ensuring all project activities adhere to Ontario Health’s established policies and procedures.
