Must-haves: 5+ years' experience as a Project Coordinator in digital transformation, modernization, or technology‑enabled projects. Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps (ADO): creating & maintaining boards and dashboards, aligned to delivery lifecycle generating engagement and sprint reports, Design and configuration of epics, features, user stories, and tasks Custom field design aligned to governance model Hierarchy and linkage management across work item levels End-to-end traceability from capability to release Sprint and release cadence configuration Roadmap visualization Integration with external tools (e. g, Excel, PowerBI) Audit-ready reporting structures Experience coordinating engagement activities with internal teams, vendors, and external sector partners. Demonstrated experience within the fields of public affairs, government relations or stakeholder relationship management.
