Qualifications and Experience: BA/BS in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, and Data Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 5 years of experience delivering business & IT analytical work packages, including developing current- state and future-state assessment reports, process and workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams, business requirements documents, cost‐benefit analysis, and supporting financial analysis. Minimum 5 years of experience working in human resources business functions and HR information systems. Strong understanding of data warehouses, sources of data, and data relationships to generate meaningful insights and reports. Strong knowledge of business rules and modeling techniques, including architecture, use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling, business rules and non-functional requirements definitions. Excellent stakeholder management, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet multiple project deadlines and support project documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including senior management, subject matter experts, internal and external stakeholders. Advanced proficiency with modeling tools such as Visio, Draw.io.
