Description
The Project Control Officer will support delivery of complex initiatives using both traditional waterfall and agile project methodologies. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining governance artefacts, supporting multiple releases, and enabling delivery across technology, product, and business process workstreams. The Project Control Officer will provide day-to-day project support for the Unified Provider Platform (UPP) and HALO projects, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and communication across stakeholders. The role requires strong project management fundamentals, working knowledge of agile delivery, and hands-on experience with Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office tools.
