MUST HAVE

Experience with Salesforce, DevOps, Microsoft tools including Visio and Project and Miro boards
Experience and knowledge of the Ontario Digital Service Standard, Ontario Service Design Playbook and the Digital First Assessment product delivery approach (Pre-Discovery, Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live)
Knowledge and understanding of digital product development, implementation and management
Experience in Agile, SCRUM. Lean and DevOps methodologies
Experience in the development of epics, features, and user stories
Experience in the development and management of product backlogs
Experience conducting JAD session
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 7 months
Pay: Up to $80.00 per hour

Experience:

• Business Analysis : 10 years (required)
• Salesforce, DevOps, Microsoft tools : 5 years (required)
• Ontario Digital Service Standard: 2 years (required)
