MUST HAVE:

DESCRIPTION

The Government Services Integration Cluster (GSIC) is responsible for IT project management, delivery and implementation of technologies in support of Service Ontario and other partner ministries. The Shared Utility Service (SUS) environment provides a scalable and secure IT infrastructure to meet application hosting needs of I&IT clusters, and by extension, to the service owners in ministry program. It is an ongoing service that presently hosts multiple internal and public-facing government applications. There are presently 150+ hosted applications in SUS with over 30 being critical business applications.
There is ongoing work for intake and on-boarding of new applications, and development, improvement and management of operational processes and activities.
This position requires a hybrid work environment. The resource is expected to work from the office position three days a week.

GENERAL SKILLS:

  • Experience delivering PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  • Experience working with external third parties to assess COTS products and compatibility.
  • Experience running beta and pilot programs with early-stage software products and services
  • A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines, managing competing priorities and client relationship management experience
