  Description
  Responsibilities Provide senior technical expertise, project leadership and coordination of activities in the development, implementation and maintenance of a diverse range of cost effective I&IT solutions. Provide technical advice to clients and leverage OPS I&IT solutions and applications to meet program/service goals and objectives ensuring efficiency. General Skills Provides specialized technical expertise in the overall analysis of the design and architecture of systems solutions. Ability to evaluate recommendations and ensures all recommended solutions for improvement are congruent with the project goals and objectives Identifies short and long-term project goals/objectives, and as a senior technical expert, defines and identifies program and service delivery requirements in support of the development and/or acquisition of client applications Leads the analysis, development and documentation of design and architecture of systems solutions. Leads the development of testing, integration and implementation of systems solutions into the clients’ applications Guides the feasibility studies and cost effective analyses of proposed client I&IT initiatives, ensures all studies and analyses are documented Leads the technical aspects of projects related to the development and/or acquisition of a diverse range of client applications through all stages of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).   Experience performing S&D for Case Management, Document Management System (DMS), Large Systems of Record
  Proficiency in Security solutions including oAuth2, SAML, Multifactor Factor Authentication (MFA), B2C and B2B Authentication, API Keys, Single Sign On (SSO), Assure AD.
  Experience designing solution components including web and business logic modules, Micro Services, Busines Reports

  Experience performing Solution Gap Analysis, ETL Data transformation requirements, and Data Migration Plans.
  Have excellent DBA experience with database modeling including Conceptual, Logical, and Physical data model.
  Have extensive hands-on experience developing DB objects in Oracle, including Tables, Views, Sequences, Triggers, Store Procedures.
  Excellent practical experience writing and executing SQL queries analyzing
  Expert knowledge in reverse engineering Physical Data Models creating Entity

  Experience with Figma, Balsamiq and other mock-up design tools
  Experience developing architecture artifacts including: Solution Requirements Document (SRD), Business Architecture Document (BAD), Information Architecture Document (IAD), Solution Architecture Document (SAD), Architecture review presentations; Prepare presentations for Corporate Architecture Committees
  Expertise developing Technology Options Analysis including qualitative and quantitative analysis.

BUSINESS, TESTING & INTEGRATION EXPERIENCE - 20%

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience including running JAD sessions, UAT and gathering requirements
• 10+ years of system testing, integration testing experience
• Demonstrated experience with system Integration experience including ability to understand different systems and pick up new technologies quickly
• Extensive experience in Quality Assurance preparing Test Plans, Test Cases and executing and monitoring unit, integration and UAT testing while working directly with clients
• Proven experience with requirement elicitation technics such as User interviews, Workshops, JAD facilitation and interpretation of business needs into system design requirements.
• Manual system testing and integration testing experience including creating test cases and test plans

PUBLIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE - 5%

• Knowledge of GO-IT Standards(GO-ITS) and Enterprise Architecture within the RGDMS system

AODA EXPERIENCE - 5%

• Hands on experience with AODA and knowledge of accessibility compliance principles as presented in WCAG 2.0, level AA
