Job Description: Role Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on expertise on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in UI Builder to develop Workspace front-end, ServiceNow Scripting, with added advantage if candidate is experienced in CSM, NowAssist, and Agentic AI implementations. Required Qualifications 6+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform. 7+ years experience within a software industry building enterprise applications. Utilize UI Builder to design and configure modern, scalable user interfaces. Implement NowAssist and Agentic AI capabilities to improve automation, intelligence, and customer experience. Hands-on development & implementation experience in NowAssist (genAI features) and Agentic AI solutions. Strong expertise in ServiceNow Scripting, Service Portal development, and UI Builder. Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. React for ServiceNow customizations. Exceptional skill in Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integrations Hub, and Reporting Dashboards. Ability to work in Agile / Scrum methodology. Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage) Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). Implementation experience in Customer Service Management (CSM). Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. Build and maintain ServiceNow modules, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integrated APIs. Develop and enhance Service Portal components, catalog items, widgets, and workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications.
