Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Provide efficient and proactive administrative support to the RRIT team, including document and report preparation, travel and accommodation arrangements, and general administrative tasks as required.
  • Manage internal and external enquiries, using appropriate judgement to prioritise and escalate matters to ensure a timely and effective response.
  • Ensure all information and documentation is processed in accordance with relevant policies and procedures, supporting compliance with regulatory, statutory, and accreditation requirements. Maintain accurate records and an auditable trail for accountability and reporting.
  • Attend and minute key meetings held by the RRIT team, ensuring accurate records are maintained and actions are tracked.
  • Liaise with sites to identify Associate Instructor needs, supporting recruitment, retention, and effective utilisation strategies.
  • Coordinate and support the planning and delivery of regional Instructor and Senior Instructor training and refresher sessions, managing logistics, communications, and attendance tracking.
  • Oversee the overarching compliance of the RRIT programme, monitoring alignment with BILD-ACT Accreditation standards and highlighting any areas requiring action or improvement.
  • Lead on the collation and submission of evidence required for BILD-ACT Accreditation, ensuring each standard is robustly supported and documented.
  • Support data collection from services and systems to inform monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure the effective and smooth operation of assigned administrative systems and processes within the RRIT function.
  • Undertake mandatory and certified training relevant to the role, keeping up to date with organisational and regulatory requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent standard, with a high level of English and numeracy.
  • Excellent keyboard and PC skills with a basic level of proficiency for the standard range of office applications such as word and excel.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and be an excellent communicator, at the same time demonstrating they are able to have a flexible approach to work priorities.
