Description Respiratory Therapist (PRN) - Hospital We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN (as needed) Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role offers flexibility to support our hospital's respiratory care services, ensuring patients receive high-quality treatment and support during their recovery. Key Responsibilities: - Assess, monitor, and treat patients with respiratory conditions in a hospital setting - Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and mechanical ventilation - Perform diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gases and pulmonary function tests - Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans - Document patient care activities accurately and in compliance with hospital policies - Respond promptly to emergency situations requiring respiratory intervention - Maintain and calibrate respiratory equipment to ensure safety and effectiveness Join our hospital community where patient care and teamwork are at the core of everything we do.
