Role: Teacher of RS Academy: Outwood Academy Hindley  Start Date: September 2026 or Earliest Possible Date if later than this. The successful candidate will ideally hold a degree in Religious Studies or a related subject and will be committed to maintaining high expectations for all students while contributing to both their academic success and personal well-being. We are looking to appoint a teacher who is passionate about their subject and who can teach engaging, thought-provoking and inclusive RS lessons across KS3 and KS4. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting critical thinking, respect for diverse beliefs, and a deep understanding of ethical and philosophical issues. There is also the potential to support the development of our wider Personal Development and Growth Curriculum which encompasses careers education, SMSC, development and appreciation of British Values  and RSHE. Teaching will mainly involve KS3 RS and GCSE AQA Religious Studies.
