Description
RSA - Global Payroll Advisor The role is to perform specific professional activities within the Global Payroll Team, in an accurate manner and according to strict deadlines. This includes: Ensure accurate and timely Salaries Payment for all employees' Ensures accurate and timely off cycle payments to employees' Handle and response on Employees queries related to Payroll on a timely basis Ensure accurate and timely payment for government payments (Pension, social, taxes …etc) Consolidate payroll changes/variables to submit them for processing. Execute validation & reconciliation, prepare control reports for certain critical data/processes Ensure posting to accounting of all payments processed Prepares manual booking, as necessary, and assist Accounting Operations in their reconciliation on a regular basis Provide necessary reporting to finance partners, such as GLs, cash forecasts and similar Offer overall support to HR and related Departments (Pension, FI/CO, Commission, Insurance, etc) Submit internal payroll reports to Management/Leadership and other stakeholders Assist with audits of internal records, workers compensation, tax filings, related documentation, and other compliance related work Payroll projects: Participate to specific HR projects which have an impact on payroll processes and can improve the current practices Functional, Professional & Business Skills: Functional, Professional & Business Skills: Customer focus and good communication/interpersonal skills Sense of priorities & Ownership Working well under pressure and to tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail Great sense of confidentiality Precise and accurate with numbers Able to work in team and independently · Other Personal Qualities: Must be able to learn, understand, and open to deal with global countries and different legislation. Ability to generate good ideas and practical solutions to improve the process Open to change Experience: Typically requires 4+ years of related experience in a professional role with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
