• Manage and supervise a team of 15–20 associates, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded. • Monitor daily operations including volume handling, case resolution, and escalation management. • Drive adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), compliance, and quality guidelines. • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions to build team capability. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective case handling and timely support. • Prepare and share team performance reports, highlighting performance gaps, and improvement plans. • Collaborate with workforce management and quality teams to optimize schedules and improve efficiency. • Handle escalations and resolve issues requiring supervisory intervention. • Foster a positive work culture that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
