Responsibilities
  • Organizing resources and managing shift operations accordingly
  • Ensuring quality assurance for operations during shift
  • Accountable for working as part of a team in an often pressure intense environment where deadlines and priorities change constantly
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism and customer service in all communications with G4S internal and external customers
  • Follow established procedures/process and work with management to make improvements/updates as necessary
  • Constantly evaluate equipment and platforms to identify issues, correct minor problems, and elevate concerns local G4S offices, coworkers, vendors, management, and/or customers
  • Proactively monitor and maintain all forms of communication, document changes to projects and communicate changes to impacted personnel in a constantly changing environment often under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Solicit pertinent information from various sources, document the information, and relay the information accurately and concisely to appropriate personnel to assist in providing best in class service and support accurate billing
  • Identify and escalate issues to appropriate personnel in a timely manner using appropriate means
  • Use multiple internal and external resources to collect and disseminate information about events that are occurring both domestically and internationally to support operations and sales initiatives
  • Liaise, notify, assist, and direct external emergency personnel and internal resources as necessary
  • Actively monitor external security incidents in real-time via multiple data streams
  • Assess incoming information (calls, new medial, social media alerts, online platforms, etc.) and determine if external events activates defined severity triggers regarding realized or potential physical security impact to G4S or their clients
  • Craft and disseminate high-level situation awareness notifications quickly to appropriate stakeholders
  • Engage with appropriate personnel based on incident type and severity, and provide ad-hoc support as needed during critical events
  • Support Intelligence Analysts with research and information collection as directed
  • Ability to keep privileged information confidential
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the client and/or management personnel
