Rigid Tactical is seeking a Assistant Operations Officer to support and provide essential support to the Operations Officer in overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of the Rigid Tactical Operational and Business development. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including assisting with project management, logistics coordination, equipment maintenance, and personnel training. Required Qualifications/Education: These positions shall be staffed by an individual with: 10 years of Military experience 10 years of experience in Operations Planning and Execution System Bachelors degree Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Duties / Responsibilities: Project Support: Assist the Operations Officer in planning and executing operations projects, including training exercises, deployments, and equipment upgrades. Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Prepare project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the procurement, transportation, and storage of tactical equipment and supplies. Manage vehicle and equipment maintenance schedules. Oversee the inventory and maintenance of all department assets. Personnel Support: Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of tactical personnel. Coordinate and facilitate training programs, including weapons handling, tactics, and emergency response procedures. Maintain personnel records and track certifications. Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear and concise communication with the Operations Officer, team members, and other departments. Prepare regular reports on operational activities, including incident reports, training summaries, and equipment status reports. Emergency Response: Assist in emergency response operations as directed by the Operations Officer. Participate in drills and exercises to maintain readiness. Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Officer to support the overall operational objectives of the department.
