Our client, a well-established law firm in Leeds City Centre, is seeking an experienced RTA & PI Case Handler to join their team. • Manage and progress your own portfolio of small track RTA claims
• Handle cases from initial instruction to settlement
• Draft and issue legal proceedings where pre-issue settlement is not possible
• Prepare evidence for hearings, draft witness statements, and comply with court directions and deadlines
• Provide high-level client care and legal advice in line with firm policies
• Work towards personal and departmental targets
• Assist senior solicitors with casework when required
