JOB SUMMARY

To deal with all aspects of Tenancy and dispute registrations within the Housing Services Department to provide support to other internal Departments and regional offices

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Relevant qualification in administration or 2 years’ experience.
  2. Experience or Knowledge for Residential Tenancies Act 2004/2016/2019.
  3. Be aware of and act in accordance of GDPR legislation.
  4. Positively promote the Company whenever possible.
  5. Exemplary customer service skills.
  6. Be aware of and act in accordance with Health & Safety Policy.
  7. Conduct all activities in a manner which is safe to yourself and others.
  8. Undertake any other occasional duties which are consistent with the responsibilities of the post as directed.
  9. Provide flexible cover and support to other members of the team as appropriate.
  10. Advanced skills in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint with Excel.
  11. Excellent inter-personal skills with people at all levels.
  12. Ability to work well under pressure, to prioritise, and work on own initiative.
  13. Excellent attention to detail.
  14. Knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
  15. Experience of taking minutes of confidential and sensitive meetings.
