Join our growing RTI/Pro Control Technical Support Team in Minneapolis! We’re looking for experienced A/V professionals ready to bring their control system expertise into a fast-paced, team-driven environment. If you have programming experience with control systems — especially RTI or Pro Control — and you’re ready to trade field work for a stable, rewarding tech support role, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote sessions for RTI and Pro Control products.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and programming issues for dealers and installers.
  • Assist integrators with control system configuration and deployment.
  • Review and analyze programming files (Integration Designer APEX, Pro Control Studio, etc.) to resolve complex system issues.
  • Document and escalate bugs or recurring issues to engineering as needed.
  • Participate in internal product training and stay current with new releases.
  • Represent the RTI/Pro Control brand with professionalism and product expertise.
