The RTLS (Real-Time Location System) Program Administrator is responsible for oversight, continuous maintenance, and ongoing optimization of the RTLS system within the hospital environment. This role requires close collaboration with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure the RTLS solution effectively supports hospital workflows and enhances operational efficiency. The Program Administrator will monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program outcomes, drive return on investment (ROI), and promote data-driven decision-making. A critical focus of this role is ensuring stakeholder engagement, system adoption, and overall customer satisfaction. This is a 6-month contract position located on-site at Kaleida Health in Buffalo, NY. Candidates must comply with all Hospital security and immunization requirements. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Program Oversight & Administration · Serve as primary point of contact for the customer; work to manage, grow and maintain the RTLS system hospital-wide · Engaging client clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure adoption of new workflows · Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and continuously seek to build new positive relationships · Ensure program objectives support hospital-wide performance initiatives · Drive defined programmatic outcomes across various RTLS use cases including but not limited to equipment distribution optimization · Think creatively to develop and streamline operational and system updates, define workflows and process maps, and proactively plan and implement improvements · Run weekly customer calls to mitigate issues and discuss product needs · Participate in governance committee meetings and facilitate stakeholder feedback sessions and implement process improvements based on input · Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and report against KPIs (asset utilization, ProPAR, rental management, and loss prevention) · Provide training for end-users and clinical teams to promote effective system use · Support new initiatives and projects with Cognosos PMO which includes department consultation, design, hardware implementation, software customization, clinical education, user adoption, post implementation program management, monitoring and support System Maintenance & Support Oversee system health (infrastructure, tags, and badges), uptime, and data accuracy in partnership with customer Coordinate system updates and testing, and reviewing new system functionality Maintain system/technical documentation, troubleshoot tags and RTLS at an application level, and facilitate open communication with IT/Clinical Depts Assist with infrastructure and tag maintenance activities (gateway resets, beacon/exit monitor/reference tag maintenance, asset tag/battery management) Assist Cognosos Teams with troubleshooting, open support tickets, etc. Qualifications: Experience as a biomed technician or related field Experience with RTLS platforms such as CenTrak, STANLEY, Midmark, or Versus Experience or certifications in Project Management (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL (not required) Other Requirements: · Ability to move, position, and inspect equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
