Based in our stunning Head Office on St Kilda Road with beautiful views overlooking Albert Park, we are seeking a 9-month maternity leave cover for an RTO Compliance Officer.
Exposure within a Registered Training Organisation, education or training setting and understanding of VET will set you up for success in role.
Hours of Work
- 9-month maternity leave cover (March 2025 – November 2025)
- Onsite
- Monday – Friday
- 0900h – 1700h
What you’ll be doing
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the VET sector and regulatory requirements
- Monitor the RTO’s compliance with the VET Quality Framework
- Communicate and implement any changes to regulatory requirements
- Plan, schedule and either conduct or oversee:
- internal audits
- course reviews
- assessment validation
- marketing reviews (including website and social media)
- Manage RTO scope of registration
- Data reporting and participation in external/internal audits
Things that matter to us
- Excellent knowledge of VET/ASQA registration, compliance and quality standards and frameworks (federal and state)
- Experience with and knowledge of a Student Management System
- Excellent computer literacy
- Exceptional customer focus and service approach
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- NDIS Check (includes Police Check)
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
