EnerSafe is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented RTO Training and Systems Administrator to join our People & Experience team. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the backbone of our Registered Training Organisation (RTO), ensuring smooth operation of our student and learning management systems, coordinating training schedules, and supporting both trainers and students. You’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement across our training platforms. What You’ll Do: Manage student enrolments and support learners throughout their journey Coordinate training schedules and liaise with trainers across multiple locations Maintain training records and ensure document control processes are followed Process Statements of Attainment and support regulatory reporting (ASQA) Assist with digitisation of RTO practices and continuous improvement initiatives Respond to training-related enquiries and manage the RTO inbox What You’ll Bring: Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (highly desirable) Australian Driver’s License Why EnerSafe?
