Job Description: The RTR Accountant will support the Record to Report (RTR) processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy in financial reporting. This role includes assisting in month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, and providing support to senior accountants, finance teams, leads, or stakeholders in achieving operational excellence. Core Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of month-end closing and financial reporting processes, including journal entries and reconciliations. Perform balance sheet reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and support the preparation of financial reports. Support compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and financial reporting standards. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial processes and reporting efficiency. Participate in various finance projects, such as ERP migration and reporting system enhancements. Collaborate with finance teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve reporting accuracy. Participate in internal and external audit activities by providing necessary documentation and reporting support. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in RTR or financial reporting. Proficiency in Korean, both listening and speaking. Familiarity with ERP systems, financial reporting processes. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
