Description

Overview The primary purpose of the job is to provide general accounting services including participating in closing processes, monthly and quarterly reporting on a timely manner and performing audit activities in accordance with quality standards. Responsibilities 1. Processing, execution and compliance of month end activities (month end closing, balance sheet accounts reconciliation, balance sheet review, manual journal entries, intercompany reconciliation)2. Preparing month end reports and executing internal controls over financial reporting3. VAT postings4. Fixed assets management5. Payroll postings6. Accruals and prepayments7. Support of internal and external audits8. Ensuring that daily operations are carried out according to set targets9. Identifying and implementing potential basic process improvements 10. Developing strong working relationship with the stakeholders11. Taking an active part in creating and keeping up to date process documentation Qualifications • Good understanding of General Accounting process• Relevant experience in accounting, especially General Accounting• English language level allowing business communication• Good command of Excel (Power BI nice to have)• Experience in working with the ERP systems, preferably SAP• Proactiveness, problem-solving attitude• Presenting high level of commitment, responsibility, ownership• Accuracy and attention to details• Goal orientation• Enhancing cross team cooperation• Ability to establish priorities What do we offer?
