Com / Honours) or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in Operations Experience (years): Graduate with 4-6 years of experience Location: Mumbai - Airoli & Worli Working Hours: 8.5 hours / day (starting 12:00pm) Role Summary: Responsible for carrying out/assisting in creating Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and Bank management activities Create management reports as per scheduled timelines Bank payments, Bank Reconciliation and other banking reporting activities. Verify the information in the reports with analysis Interact with Retained Organization stakeholders to understand variation Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner. Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance Identify ideas for process improvement utilizing best practices Identify and help address customer needs and issues Respond to customer queries within stipulated timeline as per agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) Support on Month end activities and prepare reports - Month on Month, Budget vs Actual, Balance Sheet & P&L, ensuring that work delivered is fully compliant with the required policies and procedures Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS. Banks MIS reconciliation with system data and matching of funds on daily/weekly and monthly basis. Assist team leader in a timely and appropriate manner with regards to MIS and Bank management activities Timeliness : Perform MIS and Bank management tasks as per defined turnaround time Accuracy: Ensure 100% accuracy rate in day-to-day activities to ensure SLA’s are met Documentation and organizational skills Able to grasp any reporting application quickly Knowledge of finalization of trial balance and draft balance sheet Exposure to SAP Finance & relevant modules Good working knowledge of Microsoft office Fluent in both spoken and written English Regards, Dakshata Additional Information Excellent Communication Skills required.
