Role Overview We are looking for a Talented Ruby Engineer to join our team! You will be working on our backend infrastructure — a high-load system that processes large volumes of data on the server, along with the admin panel that supports the majority of our games. Key Responsibilities Designing, building, and maintaining reliable, high-performance code. Developing tools and frameworks to improve development workflows. Ensuring test coverage and maintaining documentation for new code. Collaborating effectively within the team — solve problems, share knowledge, and align on technical approaches together. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Strong professional experience in full-stack development. 5+ years of experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails. Experience with React or other frontend technologies. Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL). Experience building and deploying production APIs. Previous experience working with Docker. Basic knowledge of working in a Linux environment. Familiarity with Redis and/or Memcached. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
