Oaklands College is seeking a Development Rugby Coach to support the delivery of our successful rugby programme. This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on coaching with player education and mentoring, ensuring that our Development XV squad thrives both on and off the field.
As part of the Oaklands Wolves Rugby Academy, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of aspiring athletes, delivering top-class training, supporting player progression, and preparing teams for competitive fixtures.

IS THIS YOU?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed coach with the drive to inspire players and make a lasting impact.

You’ll bring:

• RFU Level 2 (minimum) or equivalent coaching qualification
• Experience coaching junior rugby players
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to motivate and retain players through engaging coaching methods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Experience coaching in a college, academy, or comparable environment
• Proven ability to manage fixtures and training resources
• Knowledge of safeguarding, equality, and health & safety in sport

And personally, you’re:

• Passionate about rugby and player development
• Approachable, professional, and solution-focused
• A positive role model with resilience and integrity
