Rugbytots is a children’s rugby programme for 2-7 year old boys and girls and has been operating across the Wirral and Chester area for 12 years running weekly rugby sessions for young children.
Our fun, structured play sessions take children on a journey of sporting imagination with engaging and energetic coaches supporting them every step of the way whilst teaching how to catch, pass, kick, run with the ball and play as part of a team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for confident and energetic coaches to join our team at Rugbytots! Experience of working with young children is essential to this role as you will be responsible for coaching 2-7 year old children the basics of rugby in a fun and exciting way… The Rugbytots programme is provided for you to use to teach the basics of passing, catching, kicking and more whilst having as much fun as possible in the most enthusiastic way… (think Cbeebies presenter)
VACANCIES
We are looking for LEAD and ASSISTANT coaches to work across the Wirral and Chester area both during the week in schools and weekends at our many classes we have.
REQUIREMENTS TO BE A COACH AT RUGBYTOTS
· A minimum of 1 year of working with children in sports coaching or teaching is essential to this post as a lead coach and preferable as an assistant coach.
· A full drivers license and car is preferrable but not essential if you live locally (as a lead coach you will be required to take the rugbytots equipment with you to every session).
· Available to work weekends on a weekly basis. These are Saturday and Sunday mornings shifts
