Description

Responsibilities: Able to develop performance test scripts independently, design the performance test load scenarios, analyze test results, and prepare performance test reports. Must have prior experience in testing the high complex, mission critical enterprise grade products that are targeted to be used by a million-client base. Thorough hands-on experience in performance test scripting and test executions with LoadRunner. Migrate the existing LoadRunner scripts after the application upgrade. Excellent ability to translate business requirements and NFRs into performance test strategy, test scenarios and load profile Ability to design robust load/performance tests that can effectively lead to bottleneck identification in optimum time Experience in utilizing performance, monitoring and tuning software for interpreting performance results and identifying bottlenecks (eg., DynaTrace etc.) Experience in working with load balancers and multiple web/app/db server technologies (SQL Server, Apache, SQL Server, MongoDB etc.) Ability to analyze large amounts of performance data and summarize them into meaningful graphs and reports. Learn and Implement Load Test, Soak test, Volume test, Stress tests methodologies. Troubleshoot performance issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them. Monitor Splunk, Dynatrace for any issues. Must be a self-starter, and possess the drive to lead medium to complex performance engineering initiatives under minimum supervision Understand what business parameters could influence performance (data sizes, complexity , concurrent users, instrumentation of users) Proficiency with monitoring/analyzing overall system performance using Dynatrace, Splunk. Experience with Azure services like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Azure DevOps. Experience in perf testing cloud (Azure) apps/platform, microservices. Implementing performance tests into a CICD pipeline Experience in SQL Server and No SQL database (Mongo Db) Performance Testing types involving below: oWeb Performance testing oAPI Performance testing oDatabase Performance Testing oSoak Testing oStress testing oLoad Testing High attention to detail with excellent analytical, research and troubleshooting skills. Qualifications Required: Masters / Bachelors' degree in Computer Science with minimum of 7 years experience in performance testing highly complex systems using Load Runner. Must have strong hands-on experience in developing the performance scripts on LoadRunner, analyzing the results and provide the solutions for performance issues. Working knowledge with one programming language (like C, C#, JavaScript) is highly desirable.
