What You'll Do: Pickup & Delivery: Using our company vehicle, you'll commute between various sites within city limits, ensuring timely pickup and delivery mail. Sort and Distribute: You'll be responsible for sorting and distributing mail to the designated departments, keeping everything running smoothly. Vehicle Maintenance: Keep our company vehicle in top shape by handling car washes, inspections, and other minor maintenance tasks. Run Errands: Assist with other company errands as needed, making you an integral part of our operations. Compensation: Hourly Rate: $19.00 per hour What We're Looking For: Vehicle Maintenance: Keep our company vehicle clean and well-maintained, ensuring it's always ready for the next journey. Mail Pickup: Collect mail from the US Post Office, UPS, FedEx, and other locations promptly. Mail Handling: Open, inspect, and sort all incoming mail with precision. Tracking: Electronically track priority mail to ensure nothing gets lost in transit. Mileage Logging: Maintain an accurate log of weekly mileage for our records. Errands: Run various company errands, contributing to smooth operations. Recycling: Shred recyclables upon completion of regular duties, helping us stay eco-friendly. Flexibility: Perform all other duties as assigned, showcasing your adaptability and teamwork. Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or its equivalent. Driver's License: Valid Texas Driver’s License (Class C) with no restrictions (corrective lenses acceptable). Driving Record: No moving violations within the last three years and no DWI/DUI on your Motor Vehicle Record.
