JOB DESCRIPTION DEPARTMENT: Operations LOCATION: Theater REPORTS TO: General Manager JOB DUTIES Conducting training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements. Developing and delivering engaging training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees Creating and maintaining training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules Utilizing various training methodologies and technologies to ensure effective learning experiences. Evaluating training program effectiveness and making continuous improvements Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop specialized training content. Providing coaching and feedback to employees to support their professional development. Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and development Deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests including utensils, sauces, and napkins while embodying Nice and Amazing Service by following all In Seat Dining procedures. Work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion. Demonstrate Commitment, and Integrity at all times – double check that orders are correct and complete and communicate with kitchen/expediter/supervisors if they are not Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of menu and Cinepolis offerings if guests would like to order more items. Clean auditoriums removing all dishes, trash, and providing managers with any found items. Be of service to your team members and assist them when needed including scanning tickets for guests, cleaning and restroom checks and ringing up guests at concessions or box office. Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist. Be cognizant of issues with movie projections-communicating with management when issues arise. Complete all opening, mid and closing procedures- including but not limited to other duties. Acknowledging guest by Cinépolis standards. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Training & Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional work experience in a related position. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory. Must be 18 years or older. Refer to your state guidelines. 1+ years of food running or bussing preferred. ServSafe, Food Handling and Alcohol training certifications required. Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management. Effective communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues in a positive manner. Must be able to maintain strong attention to detail while able to prioritize in a fast paced and constantly changing environment. Have integrity and can be counted on to the right thing. Available nights, holidays and weekends. SKILLS Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to understand problems, convey ideas, and conduct training, and all of these are carried out through words. Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Knowledge using learning management systems and e-learning tools. Able to adapt training content for different learning styles and audience needs. Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs and e-learning modules to identify and close employee skill gaps. Simultaneously perform operational duties including delivering food and beverage items to guests and maintaining auditorium cleanliness.
