We’re seeking Expressions of Interest for Rural Products Sales Representatives to join our teams on a Full Time basis across regional Western Australia, including Merredin, Carnarvon, Geraldton and surrounding areas. You don’t need a farming background—just a genuine interest in the industry and a willingness to learn. We’ll provide the tools, training, and support network you need to succeed. As a Rural Products Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Branch's rural products team. You will be responsible for providing logistics support, including the safe receiving and dispatching of stock, while building your expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients will be essential as you explore new opportunities for them. Supported by the extensive Elders network, you will have access to the necessary tools and resources to grow and advance in your career, including structured training and support such as induction, rural retail product training, and driver and forklift training. What you’ll be doing: Building strong relationships with local clients and helping them find the right products Supporting stock logistics – receiving, dispatching, and managing inventory Providing excellent customer service and growing your sales skills Delivering rural products efficiently and safely Exploring new business opportunities and helping local farms thrive Supporting overnight freight depot operations including sorting, and ensuring prompt and accurate dispatch About You: You enjoy being part of a team and making a difference in your community You’re enthusiastic about agriculture and rural products Willing to obtain a forklift and heavy rigid truck licence Flexibility and willingness to relocate regionally within West Australia.
