Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from customers, delivering exceptional service and timely follow-ups
  • Prepare detailed and accurate quotes, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful conversions
  • Build strong relationships with rural customers by understanding their unique needs and communicating value effectively
  • Maintain and update pricing information
  • Administration duties including the managing & maintenance of CRM
  • Occasional marketing duties required
  • Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager and Rural Sales Division, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation
