We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Russian Interpreter to provide accurate and culturally sensitive interpretation services for clients across various sectors, including legal, medical, public services, and business environments. This is an urgent position requiring immediate availability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in Russian and English (native or near-native level)
• Proven experience as an interpreter (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Knowledge of legal, medical, or public sector terminology (desirable)
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one
• Flexibility and ability to travel, if needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI) or equivalent
• NRPSI registration (National Register of Public Service Interpreters)
• Experience working in high-pressure or sensitive environments

• Day shift

Work Location: On the roa

• Provide consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation from Russian to English and vice versa
• Attend in-person or virtual appointments (e.g., courts, hospitals, government offices)
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Accurately convey meaning, tone, and cultural nuances
• Assist with written translation if required (optional)
