Apt Resources is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Russian Speaking Bartender at a renowned Western Style Restaurant. We are looking for a dynamic and talented Bartender who can craft exceptional cocktails while providing outstanding service to our diverse clientele. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy creating inviting experiences for guests, we want to meet you! Responsibilities Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide a high level of customer service and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately. Stay informed about beverage offerings and make recommendations to guests. Comply with health and safety regulations regarding beverage preparation and serving. Assist with inventory management and reordering of supplies as necessary. Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting. Strong knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits. Fluency in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and handle busy shifts. Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. AED 3000 + AED 400 Food allowance + AED 250 to 450 (Service charge Avg) +AED 800 to 1200 Credit card tips + Cash tips + free Accommodation + Transport + uniforms + Health insurance + air ticket ( once every two years) + Paid leave as per UAE laws

Responsibilities

The Bartender will mix, garnish, and serve drinks while providing high-level customer service. They will also maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and assist with inventory management.
