Technical Troubleshooting: Identify system bugs and user errors, guiding customers toward quick solutions. Performance Excellence: Meet daily operational benchmarks while delivering empathetic and efficient service. Requirements Language Proficiency: Native-level Russian and a professional command of English (B2) for corporate communication and onboarding. Local Legal Status: Must currently hold a Portuguese Residence Card (Título de Residência), EU Citizenship, or a valid Refugee Card. No visa sponsorship or international relocation assistance is provided. Experience Level: Open to all backgrounds. While customer service experience is preferred, we provide exhaustive professional training to set you up for success. Availability: Ready to work a flexible, rotating schedule in a high-energy setting. Hours & Salary Gross Income: €1,237 per month (calculated on a 12-month calendar). Work Week: 40 hours, split across 5 working days. Shift Breakdown: 8-hour working days with an additional 1-hour break for lunch.
