Key Operations Digital Correspondence: Address account recovery, data privacy, and feature questions from Russian-speaking users via digital chat and email. Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software and user-interface anomalies to maximize platform usability. Community Moderation: Help users understand corporate safety policies to ensure the digital space remains welcoming and constructive. Service Standards: Deliver empathetic, professional, and efficient support to hit targeted departmental benchmarks. Ideal Profiles Communication Mastery: Native or fluent Russian capabilities, supplemented by a B2 standard of English for corporate communications and initial onboarding modules. Local Paperwork: You must already possess legal authorization to work in Portugal, such as a Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência), EU Passport, or Refugee Status. Candidates currently residing abroad are not eligible. Professional Background: While a history in customer care is a plus, it is entirely optional. Shift Duration: 8 hours of daily labor combined with a 60-minute lunch interval. Roster Window: Variable shifts assigned between Monday and Sunday, running within the daily operation hours of 07:00 to 00:00 (Midnight).
