Key Operations As a Support Consultant, you will drive customer satisfaction and maintain platform standards: User Communication: Manage incoming digital chat and email inquiries from Russian-speaking members regarding profile recovery, data privacy, and product features. Requirements Language Capabilities: Native-level or fluent command of Russian, paired with a solid intermediate level of English (B2 level) for corporate training and internal team collaboration. Legal Standing: You must already hold valid legal authorization to work in Portugal. Eligible documents include a Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência), an EU Passport, or certified Refugee Status. Experience Level: Open to candidates from all industries. While a background in customer support or guest services is a plus, it is completely optional. Roster Adaptability: Fully prepared to work a rotating, flexible schedule within a lively, team-oriented workplace. Pay & Operational Schedule Gross Remuneration: €1,237 per month (calculated on a standard 12-month calendar). Weekly Commitment: A steady 40-hour work week split across 5 working days. Daily Shift Structure: 8 active working hours per day, supplemented by a 60-minute lunch break. Operational Hours: Rotating shifts scheduled Monday through Sunday, operating anytime between 07:00 AM and 00:00 AM (Midnight).
