We are seeking motivated Russian-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team dedicated to a major global social media platform. In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for users, helping to maintain a secure, helpful, and highly connected online community. Your Everyday Responsibilities Customer Care: Deliver top-tier support to Russian-speaking users through email and chat channels, handling inquiries about account access, security, and general site functionality. Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical glitches to guarantee a smooth user experience. Community Safety: Educate users on platform policies and community guidelines to promote a constructive digital atmosphere. Key Performance Metrics: Achieve daily productivity and quality targets while demonstrating empathy and professionalism. What We Look For Linguistic Ability: Near-native or native proficiency in Russian, paired with a solid command of English (minimum B2 level) for training modules and internal team communication. Work Authorization (Mandatory): You must already possess valid Portuguese residency (Título de Residência), an official Refugee Card, or EU citizenship. Applications requiring international relocation or visa sponsorship from abroad cannot be considered. Background: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not mandatory. We offer comprehensive, paid training from day one. Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and work a rotating shift schedule. Compensation & Schedule Monthly Base Pay: €1,237 Gross (distributed over 12 months). Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days a week. Daily Schedule: 8 hours of active work plus a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Shift Times: Rotational schedules operating Monday through Sunday, between the hours of 07:00 and 00:00 (Midnight).
