Your Everyday Responsibilities In this role, you will champion user satisfaction and safeguard digital communities: Inbound Support: Deliver elite service to Russian-speaking platform members via digital chat and email, managing inquiries regarding profile access, data security, and overall application features. Technical Problem-Solving: Research and resolve technical anomalies to ensure a seamless, friction-free user journey. Safety Promotion: Inform and guide users on platform policies and community standards, cultivating a safe and welcoming digital environment. Service Metrics: Consistently achieve daily operational targets for speed and quality while maintaining an empathetic, professional approach. Linguistic Skills: Native or near-native mastery of Russian, combined with a strong operational command of English (minimum B2 level) to successfully navigate internal training and corporate communication. Mandatory Legal Status: You must currently hold valid Portuguese residency (Título de Residência), an official Refugee Card, or European Union citizenship. Professional Background: Prior experience in a customer-centric environment or hospitality role is preferred but completely optional. Roster Flexibility: The capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work variable, rotating shift schedules. Compensation & Schedule Base Earnings: €1,237 gross monthly salary (distributed across a standard 12-month payroll). Weekly Hours: A consistent 40-hour work week, structured over 5 working days. Daily Shift Design: 8 hours of active service paired with a 60-minute unpaid lunch break. Operational Window: Rotational shift patterns scheduled Monday through Sunday, operating anytime between 07:00 AM and 00:00 AM (Midnight).
