Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about property, skilled in client engagement, and capable of closing deals in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and a proactive approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers
  • Negotiate offers and finalize transactions in line with company standards
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize property exposure
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and listing platforms

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and online property portals
