The Role: Professional Interpretation & Mediation This position focuses on Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) and Over-the-Phone (OPI) services, making sure that cultural details and technical meanings are perfectly translated. Real-Time Translation: Provide expert interpretation during high-stakes calls, including medical emergencies, legal meetings, and emergency services. Technical Accuracy: Use complex vocabulary across medical, legal, financial, and public safety sectors without any delays. Neutrality & Ethics: Follow the highest industry standards by keeping all information strictly private and remaining impartial at all times. Cultural Awareness: Identify and clear up any misunderstandings to keep the conversation flowing smoothly. Technical Management: Manage your work through a specialized cloud platform to ensure a safe and professional work environment.
